Disposition versions
181. A site of a significant find and a discovery of a deposit within the meaning of the Mining Act (chapter M-13.1), recognized by the Minister before 20 September 2018 are deemed to be respectively a significant discovery and a commercial discovery within the meaning of the Act.
The holder of an exploration licence who has declared such discoveries before 20 September 2018 must have them registered in the public register of real and immovable petroleum rights before the next application for renewal of the licence.
